OUR STORY
We opened our first SERVPRO franchise in May 2012. We started small but took every job and treated our customers with empathy and respect. Customer service is at the heart of what we do and has led to numerous awards as a Top 50 SERVPRO franchise. Our business grew rapidly and in addition to serving the greater Charlotte area, we also own SERVPRO franchises in Northwest Charlotte, Lake Norman, Gaston County, Lincoln County and South Carolina – serving both the York County and Richland County markets. Our team works 24/7/365 to meet the disaster restoration needs of our customers. We are here to help make any size disaster “Like it never even happened.” ®

Danny and Penny, the owners of this SERVPRO have hired an amazing team of experts. I had a horrible situation on my hands and a plumber told me it'd take longer than a week to fix the sewage leak in my cellar. Really? That's not acceptable. This team came to my rescue. They stepped me through the entire process. They helped me with my insurance company. We only had to move our 1 night due to the issue. All of
the staff are competent, on time, communicate well, and every single one of them was sympathetic and apologetic. They left things BETTER than they were before the sewage leak. Don't call anyone else. Call them first. You will be glad you did.
