It is not often today you find contractors who do what they promise when they promise. We recently had a water/mold incident in our home that caused considerable damage and required a restoration company to make the necessary repairs. We contacted John Bowles, owner of SERVPRO, to assess the water damage. The repairs were going to require us to vacate our home for three weeks. We engaged SERVPRO to complete the restoration process from start to finish. We agreed on a date to start and finish the restoration. We then left town for three weeks. When we returned home three weeks later, we were extremely happy to find the restoration completed and were incredibly pleased with their workmanship. Water damage never happens at a good time but SERVPRO made this experience much easier to live with. They called within an hour of me notifying my insurance company and would have come out that night but I decided the next day would be so enough and they were out with a team early the next morning. They packed and inventoried all damaged items and dried the basement with equipment. What a first class group of folks. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SERVPRO to friends and neighbors!!!!!!! Great Job SERVPRO!!!!!
We had severe mold growth in our basement that SERVPRO of Hendersonville was able to deal with promptly and efficiently. I will call them again if anything else ever happens.
