History of Hendersonville
The history of Hendersonville, North Carolina begins with the Cherokee Indians. The Cherokee were known for their fur trading skills. In 1753, a British army officer and fur trader named Richard Henderson arrived with his troops in what is now known as Hendersonville, North Carolina. He established treaties with the Cherokee Indian Nation to obtain land rights for settlers and to establish a colony known as Transylvania Colony. The settlement at first grew slowly but eventually became a thriving community due to its location near two river crossings and on the railroad line.

Water damage never happens at a good time but SERVPRO made this experience much easier to live with. They called within an hour of me notifying my insurance company and would have come out that night but I decided the next day would be so enough and they were out with a team early the next morning. They packed and inventoried all damaged items and dried the basement with equipment. What a first class group of folks. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SERVPRO to friends and neighbors!!!!!!! Great Job SERVPRO!!!!!
