They calmed all the nerves that come with water damage, they even investigated a separate incident and discovered mold left by a different water mitigation company (yeah neighbors were leaking into our unit). They quickly did tear out, grinding, and chemical treatments for the entire area. I could trust they really investigated and that I would have no worries moving forward. They went above and beyond with the best attitude along the way. With multiple days of checking to see if everything was drying properly the bill was surprisingly low.
