Our SERVPRO franchise consists of two separate franchises, SERVPRO of Southwest Grand Rapids, and Northwest Grand Rapids.
SERVPRO of Southwest Grand Rapids, which covers Georgetown Township, Grandville, Wyoming, Hudsonville, Byron Center and the southwest side of Grand Rapids.
SERVPRO of Northwest Grand Rapids serves Walker, Standale, Sparta, Comstock Park, Conklin, Kent City, Marne, and the northwest side of the city of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Under the ownership of Randy Oosterheert, SERVPRO of Southwest and Northwest Grand Rapids is ready to assist our residential, commercial, and industrial clients with 24-hour emergency restoration services, and full reconstruction services throughout our West Michigan territory.

I called them on a weekend and they were out within 2 hours installing equipment to dry up the mess. They ultimately saved my floor.

He was easy to schedule with; flexible with timing and very respectful of our time. There was no window that they would arrive in, when he said 12:30 he was there at 12:30. The team that came to demo and dry out the damaged area were very professional and friendly.
