I called SERVPRO in the middle of the night when we had experienced a toilet overflowing & continuously pumping water on the 2nd floor.  The water was not only soaking into the floors in the bathroom & bedrooms, it was dripping through the floor and ceiling to the main floor.  After turning off the water, I called & left a message as we tried to soak up the water to prevent as much damage as possible.  Someone called back around 7 AM and told us to expect someone around 8:30 AM.  As soon as the crew arrived, the project manager, Chris Tomkins, took charge & began mitigation efforts.  We have had to almost completely rebuild & throughout the process, dealing with the adjuster & contractor, Chris has been key in moving forward.  He has always answered my calls & emails in a timely manner & continues to be involved & helpful as we work toward finishing construction & moving back in.  I definitely recommend using SERVPRO for any water related emergency to guide you through the process.

We had an issue with burst pipes over the winter and our insurance company suggested we use SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport.

They were terrific.  We didn't have to wait long for them to come to our home to see what needed to be done.  Our Agent was Jessica and she was very efficient and easy to deal with.  She was also very reliable and was on time.  She would call if she was running late, too.  She reached out if she had any questions and also was very patient with the long list of questions I had.  She was wonderful during a very difficult and trying time.  I'm glad the insurance company suggested them and I would use them again.

They did a fantastic job with restoring/remodeling my kitchen and living room after some heavy water damage from a kitchen pipe that lead to mold and massive amounts of damage. My kitchen and basement had significant water damage. It was on a very hot Saturday last July. I called Haverhill SERVPRO and within a matter of a few hours, they were at my house clearing up the water situation. My whole kitchen had to be gutted, basement insulation removed as well as my carpet in the hallway, dining room and living room also needed to be removed. The workers were very professional and respectful. Ryan was the project manager. He was a delight to work with. He answered my every call and was very accommodating. He made time for unplanned visits to my house with questions or problems I was having. He took the time to insure all work was done to my satisfaction. His availability was very important. If he didn't have an answer to a question I might have had, he made sure he resolved the issue promptly. I hope I am never faced with this mess again, but should my luck have run out, there would be no question I would rely on SERVPRO.

Recently, my water heater leaked resulting in damage to the adjacent room, hallway and closet areas. SERVPRO was able to come out to assess the damage quickly and efficiently. Their team brought in fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the soaked walls and carpeting, in addition to making sure there was no opportunity for mold to grow once dried. They've also been extraordinarily helpful in working directly with my insurance claim adjuster. I plan on using SERVPRO's contractors to help with restoring the damaged walls and trim, and highly recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. Outstanding service all around!
