Wanted to send a big thank you to the team at SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport for a job well done. Ross Martin did great coordinating the clean up after a pipe burst and rained down from the 2nd floor to 1st floor. The crew of Antonio, Steve, Dan and led by Alex did a fantastic job of cleaning everything up. They kept me informed every step of the way and treated everything as their own with great care.

It has been a long time since I have done business with such an exemplary group of people. I felt at all times that I was in excellent care. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

The crews who performed the work were highly skilled, prompt, respectful & thoughtful, hard-working, quiet, clean, & beyond conscientious.
The mitigation team tackled the first part of the project. Bobby spent two days cleaning up the master bedroom, which had sustained extensive water damage along with debris from the ceiling & insulation everywhere. He removed all debris, (from slabs of sheetrock to specks of plaster), vacuumed & cleaned the carpet, cleaned furniture & furnishings, dehumidified the entire room, & disposed of debris.
Branden & Justin of the mitigation team then demoed the interior (ceilings, strapping, walls) with no damage to intact structural elements or to furniture) & eradicated mold that had formed. Bob, Christian, Patrick, Jake, & Dylan of the reconstruction team worked together in phases to replace a hip girder truss, strapping, insulation, perforated sheathing, & all of the shingles at the gable end of the roof, 2 ceilings, & 3 walls. The interior was repainted in the master bedroom & the ceiling of the 2nd bedroom was painted after installation. By the end of the project, there were no traces of the catastrophe that had occurred prior to it.
SERVPRO contracted KC Carpets of Haverhill to replace the carpet in the master bedroom, & 2 techs installed it within a few hours one morning. They were efficient, polite, & tidy.
My daughter & I could not be more pleased with both the processes & the products delivered by SERVPRO of Haverhill, all of its staff, & cooperating entities. The project was a series of jobs each very well done. What had begun as a disaster has ended as a delight. If, God forbid, another disaster strikes our house, I would not hesitate to call SERVPRO of Haverhill again for the services it has provided us. Thank you, genuinely, SERVPRO.

My neighbor, who lives above my condo, had a hot water heater burst, and unfortunately flood my home. I was living in FL at the time. SERVPRO was called and immediate remediation started. Dryers were brought in, drywall was torn down and no mold was able to form. But now that things were dry and stable, I was left with a destroyed kitchen, mud room and family room. I then discovered that SERVPRO had a construction team also. I decided to take a chance on them. Turned out to be a great decision. Their work was too notch, the workers were wonderful and extremely helpful in assisting me formulate a plan for recovery. Their craftsmanship was better than I anticipated. In short, I would highly recommend the team of Noel, Bob and Ryan. Great guys. Great job.

Our main point of contact at SERVPRO, Ryan, was exceptional! The entire team did a great job but Ryan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Hopefully we will not need flood cleanup and restoration in the future, but if we do, will definitely use SERVPRO!

SERVPRO was the first company to return my call requesting remediation services after a frozen pipe burst and flooded the first floor of my condo.  Ross came to assess the damage the following day.  He was straightforward, provided clear explanations about what he was assessing, and had fans set up throughout my ground floor that day.  As a result all of the walls that showed moisture were dry by the end of the remediation process, thus the only sustained damage was the carpeting.  

Ross was professional, provided clear explanations and was supportive throughout the process.  I asked him for an extra business card to that I commend him to friends and family who may need SERVPRO's services in the future.
