I called Haverhill SERVPRO and within a matter of a few hours, they were at my house clearing up the water situation. My whole kitchen had to be gutted, basement insulation removed as well as my carpet in the hallway, dining room and living room also needed to be removed. The workers were very professional and respectful. Ryan was the project manager. He was a delight to work with. He answered my every call and was very accommodating. He made time for unplanned visits to my house with questions or problems I was having. He took the time to insure all work was done to my satisfaction. His availability was very important. If he didn't have an answer to a question I might have had, he made sure he resolved the issue promptly. I hope I am never faced with this mess again, but should my luck have run out, there would be no question I would rely on SERVPRO.
