Can't say enough good things about this location. We had a sewage backup in our basement and were in need of expert cleaning and sanitizing ASAP. The SERVPRO location I called first (closer to my home) said they couldn't do that kind of cleanup, which was when I called SERVPRO of Danvers/Haverhill. Although my town is a little out of their normal service area Patrick was still able to get a crew to my home same-day and they did an excellent job. It's "Like it never even happened." Nury and Brandon were polite, courteous and respectful of my home and had the job done in short order to our satisfaction.
I had a great experience working with SERVPRO to address a mold issue in my attic. Nury Cardoza was very professional and extremely responsive to my calls. SERVPRO's pricing is very competitive. I would definitely recommend them for mold or any other issues based on my experience.
