My parents basement flooded a few weeks ago and Nury from the Haverhill branch came and helped with the last part of the clean up. She even cleaned my parent's living room carpet and stairs. She did a superior job and we are very pleased.

We had a significant water leak in our finished basement and called SERVPRO for help. The estimator came out and evaluated what needed to be done and laid out all my options very clearly. The technicians came next and performed the cleanup and disinfected the entire area. These guys were absolutely fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. We had an issue with burst pipes over the winter and our insurance company suggested we use SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport. 

They were terrific.  We didn't have to wait long for them to come to our home to see what needed to be done.  Our Agent was Jessica and she was very efficient and easy to deal with.  She was also very reliable and was on time.  She would call if she was running late, too.  She reached out if she had any questions and also was very patient with the long list of questions I had.  She was wonderful during a very difficult and trying time.  I'm glad the insurance company suggested them and I would use them again.

Had a flooded basement 7/3. Called SERVPRO national number and within 10 minutes Josh Welch called me. I explained the problem to him. Within an hour he sent Yeimi over and she was soon joined by Josh Roman. Yeimi and Josh were excellent in there work. Vacuumed the water out, ripped out the carpets to prevent mold getting in the walls. I live in a condo and my next door neighbor was affected as well and they immediately took care of his issue as well. I highly recommend SERVPRO in Haverhill/Newburyport for any services. Josh Welch explained the process to me as to how they work with my insurance company as well. Excellent company and excellent service!

We had water damage in 5 rooms - parts of  ceilings and walls needed to be removed.  Very tough to deal with seeing recent updates had just been made :( Alex and Chris made it happen with great organization professionalism and reassuring us at every step.  I was very impressed with Nick and Jason's work as they protected our home and removed all damaged areas!!!
