I hired SERVPRO to do mold removal for my family home. This is the third company in two years that I hired to remove mold. Brian, Nick and Justin were very thorough in the work that they did that the house finally passed an environmental inspection. Their work was detailed and they FINALLY got all the mold.
Pat came in to assess a mold issue found in the attic. He put my wife and I at ease immediately and took care of the damage in a timely fashion.
Can't say enough good things about this location. We had a sewage backup in our basement and were in need of expert cleaning and sanitizing ASAP. The SERVPRO location I called first (closer to my home) said they couldn't do that kind of cleanup, which was when I called SERVPRO of Danvers/Haverhill. Although my town is a little out of their normal service area Patrick was still able to get a crew to my home same-day and they did an excellent job. It's "Like it never even happened." Nury and Brandon were polite, courteous and respectful of my home and had the job done in short order to our satisfaction.
My tech was Robert Eveleth (Bobby) and Josh was the estimator and my first contact person. Josh and Bobby handled two different situations for me in the last year that involved sewage of some type. They are both outstanding in their jobs.
Josh is excellent in determining what needs to be done for both cleanup and demo. He was receptive to my concerns and made this part of the job go smoothly. He is an excellent communicator with both myself and the insurance company. He is kind and a wonderful liaison for SERVPRO.
Bobby was the head tech on both jobs. He is not just good, he is outstanding at what he does. Both jobs involved either sewage or dirty water. He is thorough and one of the hardest workers I have ever met. He takes great pride in his work. Because he was so thorough and careful, I knew I did not need to worry. He is so smart about what needs to be done and is immaculate and meticulous in every aspect of his job. He is an amazing asset to SERVPRO.
We had a sewer pipe break in our basement over the weekend and flooded sewage into our entire basement/laundry room and garage. SERVPRO came out that day and the technicians Bobby, Chris and Justin were outstanding! Thank you thank you!
