We had a water damage in our school on Saturday. We called on Sunday morning and by Sunday at noon we had SERVPRO on site extracting water, setting equipment, and spraying antimicrobial.

I was having difficulty getting ahold of my agent to file a claim so called you directly. The adjuster enjoys working with you too. You were professional, kind, courteous, and explained equipment.
