When the member of our project management team comes to provide the initial scope they are looking at a couple of things: Primary cause, such as storm damage or frozen pipe burst, Secondary damage, such as the potential of microbial growth. The anti-microbial spray, fans, and dehumidifier you placed in our facility left no trace that anything amiss, and I appreciate it so very much!
We had SERVPRO of Iowa City clean the house after we found elevated levels of mold spores in our house. It was making my husband very sick. They threw away anything they thought to be at risk of having spores. They fogged the whole house to kill the spores. We now have good air quality in our house and my husband is fine.
SERVPRO was a lifesaver! I was on vacation and came home to water in my basement. I had to leave immediately to Colorado (family funeral) and they handled everything from water cleanup to removing everything and boxing it all up, to helping fill the dumpster.
