Very, very happy with them! The guys were awesome. They made my living hell a dream. Thanks guys, you're the best!
Kelly and Jordan were amazing to work with. From day one they were in my house and making phone calls to insurance to get my water damage taken care of. They made numerous trips, phone calls, and went above and beyond what their job calls for to ensure that I was taken care of. When the clean up started on my house, they did an amazing job making sure that it was done accurately and appropriately. I was expecting a rip and tear job but instead, everything was handled delicately. They kept not only me, but my insurance adjuster and contractor informed with their progress. We had a water damage in our school on Saturday. We called on Sunday morning and by Sunday at noon we had SERVPRO on site extracting water, setting equipment, and spraying antimicrobial.
We are very thankful for all of your help in getting us back into our house after our fire. The house is cleaned and smelling way better then it did and thanks SERVPRO for all of your help.
