Hello!  My name is Kim, residing in Destin, Florida.  I recently had an issue with water damage in a unit at Fountainhead condominiums in Fort Walton Beach.  I felt responsible for this damage, so I contacted SERVPRO to help me resolve the problem.  Everyone I worked with at your company was very courteous, helpful, and professional.  There was, however, one problem with regard to a large hole in the ceiling not being repaired when the owner of the unit arrived last week for vacation.
