But in addition to the mitigation success, SERVPRO of Tallahassee packed up all her belongings, put them in storage for over two months, had her area rug cleaned and then moved her back into the house. I had no idea that SERVPRO of Tallahassee provided all these comprehensive services! As a final compliment, SERVPRO of Tallahassee worked exceptionally well with my mother-in-law's insurance company. Their detailed report and invoice were excellent and made the entire process very smooth and professional.

I could not be happier with the work performed. I called them at 6am, they were there by 7:30 and completed taking out the 3 inches of water from my home by 5. They came each day for the next 6 to check on the fans, drying the walls, overall care. They helped us feel better as the process continued. I loved them. They really made us feel important and like part of the family.
