They did an excellent job of removing wet flooring and drying out the bathroom area after a tub overflow.  Prompt, courteous and efficient.

I had a flood in my home, which was my 1 st experience with any flooding. My insurance co referred me, let me say, they ARE the BEST TEAM in out area, they came within an hour, my insurance agent stated you had to have special testing Performed to even know what damage was done. I have never seen such professionaly trained and skilled team. They had the equipment,  highly knowlegeable in the process, I didn't realize the damage goes well below what you see on top the floor,  they definetly made a highly stressful situation, less stressful with knowing your home was in the best of hands. They performed other service , dehumidifiers, fans, took up floors, moved my furniture to climate controlled storage, then every thing had a final check to make sure there was no moisture left in my walls, floors etc, To make sure no mold or fungus grows which of course is the thing your most worried about growing in your home after and event like this, the things you can't see. I did not realize how complicated a service like this is, they worked so hard, smoothly, no confusion at all, each team member knew their job. Thanks so much guys entire team, especially Jay who kept me informed on every step of the process.

I have nothing but good things to say.  Not only did they take care of the water mitigation, they treated me with kid gloves.  Jay Johnson who was the job foreman reassured me all would be ok.  I was in shock at what was going on around me in my home.  Because of Jay and his crew, I was able to relax and KNOW it all would be ok.  All was done in a professional manner, however the concern and kindness shone through.  Thank you SERVPRO of Tallahassee!!

My home flooded all night from a toilet mishap.  We called SERVPRO immediately.  They were there within an hour or so and worked for a week drying up the house, removing carpet, etc.  They also carefully packed up 41 boxes of my valuables so they wouldn't be damaged when the 39 blowers were turned on.  Not one thing (all fragile and breakable) was damaged when the boxes were unpacked - can't say that about the packing the movers did when insurance decided to remove almost all the contents.  Jay, the onsite supervisor, was fantastic - very personable, competent, and showed a great deal of concern for me and my property. Reba, the office receptionist, was also very friendly, polite, kept me well informed, and handled any concerns I had promptly.   I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and service.

SERVPRO of Tallahassee did a great job from start to finish.  A huge oak tree fell on my mother-in-law's house the night Hurricane Irma came through Tallahassee. Thankfully she spent the night with us that night.  There were two huge holes in the roof and ceiling, rain water everywhere and insulation had fallen down on her furniture.  What a mess!  I called SERVPRO of Tallahassee immediately and they came the same day to start with their serious mitigation efforts.  They had the carpet ripped out and the fans blowing to dry the walls.  But in addition to the mitigation success, SERVPRO of Tallahassee packed up all her belongings, put them in storage for over two months, had her area rug cleaned and then moved her back into the house. I had no idea that SERVPRO of Tallahassee provided all these comprehensive services!  As a final compliment, SERVPRO of Tallahassee worked exceptionally well with my mother-in-law's insurance company. Their detailed report and invoice were excellent and made the entire process very smooth and professional.

I am writing this letter to commend all of you for the great work you did for my mother-in-law, Virginia Dix... after a huge oak tree fell on her house the night Hurricane Irma came through town.  Virginia is 95- years old and needed my help.. And I want to commend Robert on his patience too, as he helped me triage which furniture was going to storage, which to First Impressions for restoration and which to Jones Upholstery. I want to commend Reba. She was always very helpful and took time to answer all my questions along the way. And I had a lot of questions, because I have never been through something like this hurricane before. Always helpful! I also want to commend Steve. He did a great job itemizing the invoices for the insurance company, USAA. Steve interacted directly with USAA.. Good Work! Finally, the process for moving Virginia back into her house went so well, thanks to your crew: Jay Jackson and Randolph.  They both were great and got the move-in job done in less than 2 days. Jay and Robert came back to finish the final details she requested.. It was really impressive, the attention to detail. And, the way all the boxes were cataloged per room, to make the moving process smooth and organized. So, I will be recommending SERVPRO of Tallahassee every chance I Get! I sincerely thank you and appreciate you all for the comprehensive and professional job. 

I could not be happier with the work performed. I called them at 6am, they were there by 7:30 and completed taking out the 3 inches of water from my home by 5. They came each day for the next 6 to check on the fans, drying the walls, overall care. They helped us feel better as the process continued. I loved them.
