I called SERVPRO of Tallahassee immediately and they came the same day to start with their serious mitigation efforts. They had the carpet ripped out and the fans blowing to dry the walls. But in addition to the mitigation success, SERVPRO of Tallahassee packed up all her belongings, put them in storage for over two months, had her area rug cleaned and then moved her back into the house. I had no idea that SERVPRO of Tallahassee provided all these comprehensive services! As a final compliment, SERVPRO of Tallahassee worked exceptionally well with my mother-in-law's insurance company. Their detailed report and invoice were excellent and made the entire process very smooth and professional.
