What Is the Mold Remediation Process?
Air Filtration
Our specialized filtration equipment allows our professionals to capture microscopic mold spores out of the air. We utilize powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process.
Removing Mold and Mold-Infested Materials
We use antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to treat mold colonies. When necessary to remediate heavy mold growth, our mold removal process includes the removal and disposal of mold-infested porous materials such as carpeting, drywall, and insulation.
Cleaning
Our professionals clean the structural elements that were infected by mold such as flooring, framing, fixtures, HVAC and mechanical systems. They were there within an hour or so and worked for a week drying up the house, removing carpet, etc. They also carefully packed up 41 boxes of my valuables so they wouldn't be damaged when the 39 blowers were turned on. Not one thing (all fragile and breakable) was damaged when the boxes were unpacked - can't say that about the packing the movers did when insurance decided to remove almost all the contents. Jay, the onsite supervisor, was fantastic - very personable, competent, and showed a great deal of concern for me and my property. Reba, the office receptionist, was also very friendly, polite, kept me well informed, and handled any concerns I had promptly. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and service.

I could not be happier with the work performed. I called them at 6am, they were there by 7:30 and completed taking out the 3 inches of water from my home by 5. They came each day for the next 6 to check on the fans, drying the walls, overall care. They helped us feel better as the process continued. I loved them. They really made us feel important and like part of the family.
They did an excellent job of removing wet flooring and drying out the bathroom area after a tub overflow. Prompt, courteous and efficient.
I had a flood in my home, which was my 1 st experience with any flooding. My insurance co referred me, let me say, they ARE the BEST TEAM in out area, they came within an hour, my insurance agent stated you had to have special testing Performed to even know what damage was done. I have never seen such professionaly trained and skilled team. They had the equipment, highly knowlegeable in the process, I didn't realize the damage goes well below what you see on top the floor, they definetly made a highly stressful situation, less stressful with knowing your home was in the best of hands. They performed other service , dehumidifiers, fans, took up floors, moved my furniture to climate controlled storage, then every thing had a final check to make sure there was no moisture left in my walls, floors etc, To make sure no mold or fungus grows which of course is the thing your most worried about growing in your home after and event like this, the things you can't see. I did not realize how complicated a service like this is, they worked so hard, smoothly, no confusion at all, each team member knew their job. Thanks so much guys entire team, especially Jay who kept me informed on every step of the process.
