Cesar Arcila
Cesar Arcila was welcomed into the SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea family in March 2012. An excellent customer service representative, he identifies and helps resolve any and all customer concerns. Because our customer's needs vary so greatly—from smoke damage to sewage backups—this takes a lot of knowledge and practice, and Cesar has made sure that he knows our business from top to bottom. He excels in his role because he enjoys listening to the client's needs and addressing each concern individually. He knows that no two problems or solutions are the same, so he really strives to tailor each action plan to a customer’s specific needs. Cesar really enjoys planning customer service projects that will generate high client satisfaction. When he’s away from his phone, Cesar likes to serve others by doing missionary work both locally and throughout the world. He has seen how very blessed we are here in Orange County, and strives to help others who are in need.
Edgar Arcila
Edgar, our General Contractor, General Manager and Applied Microbial Restorer has been assisting home and business owners since 2004.
Edgardo Arcila
Edgardo Arcila has been an essential part of SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea since our doors opened in 2005. With over nine years in the water restoration industry, Edgardo has learned multiple techniques for performing water, mold and fire cleanup in the most efficient and timely manner. His favorite aspect of the job is meeting new people every day and being able to assist in their time of need. With over 25 years of experience as a mechanical engineer, he troubleshoots and maintains our specialty equipment so our pieces of equipment are always in great condition. Edgardo has been happily married for thirty years and enjoys spending time with his wife, three sons, one daughter and one granddaughter. While on his personal time, he enjoys camping, fishing, hunting and playing sports.
Jonathan Arcila
Jonathan has been an integral part of the SERVPRO family since 2005. As a Production Manager, he enjoys learning the industry.
Maria Reyes
Since October of 2012, Maria Reyes has been a vital part of SERVPRO Yorba Linda/Brea’s team. As self-proclaimed “people person," she loves her job as a customer service representative because it offers her the opportunity to put her good communication skills to use and help clients in crisis. Maria feels most accomplished at her job when customer satisfaction is high because this means that the communication between SERVPRO Yorba Linda/Brea and her valued customers has been thorough and effective. Maria enjoys working with the staff at SERVPRO Brea/Yorba Linda because they are dedicated, hard working, and make the SERVPRO office feel more like a family room than a work environment. When she’s not providing excellent customer service or helping one of her co-workers with a task, Maria takes advantage of spending quality time with her daughter and family. Her favorite activities are all-American classics—going to the park or staying in for a movie night, complete with popcorn, candy.

Mary Arcila has been a part of the SERVPRO family since 2009.
Karina Arcila
Karina Arcila has been a crucial addition to the SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea administrative team since June 2014. She enjoys providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in need after a crisis in their home or business. Being a part of a highly communicative team, Karina is eager to enhance her administrative skills every day with SERVPRO’s continuous coaching and training. She understands providing great customer care when they need us most is essential and truly enjoys easing the process during a mishap. When Karina is not tending to customer needs, she is spending quality time with her favorite person in the world, her beautiful niece Bella. She enjoys camping and playing with her boxer, Chata.
Jonathan Arcila
One of your SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/ Brea heroes, here's Jonathan Arcila, receiving several important new training credentials from SCAQMD, IICRC and Occupational Training Institute. One thing that Jonathan prides himself in is the extra mile he is known to go to provide the best in customer service. Way to go Jonathan, all that new knowledge will be important to our customers! When not giving his all for SERVPRO customers, you can often catch Jonathan playing soccer.

Edgardo Arcila is our facilities manager. Here he is receiving his training credentials from Certify Me Online and Occutrain. Edgardo is an important part of the total customer experience each and every one of our customers receives.
Another of our weekend athletes, Edgardo enjoys extreme sports like bull riding. He also enjoys camping and plays soccer.

We had a water leak near the family room 2 weeks ago. Water was leaking on the floor and seriously damaging it. Our home insurance adjustor recommended the company SERVPRO to dry the area damaged by water. They came over with their drying machines and installed them everywhere where water had leaked. The machines worked extremely well. The SERVPRO representatives also came over every 3 or 4 days to check the progress of drying and moved the machines around as needed to be most effective. Finally, all of the damaged wet areas were thoroughly dried. We really appreciate the extremely timely and professional job done by SERVPRO and we believe they deserve at least 5 stars for their work and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Waldo’s recommendation to remove the toe kicks on his follow up visit and Jonathan’s recommendation to remove the door and bathroom cabinet drawers helped to finish the drying. I was impressed with the weight extractor and use of the snail fan to dry the carpet faster without the need to discard of the padding.

I recently had the unfortunate need for a restoration company. A water leak in our 2nd floor bathroom made its way to the first floor entry and garage. Our home owners insurance company recommended SERVPRO. They were excellent, from start to finish. Jonathan Arcila assessed the damage, explained how they would proceed, gave me a timeline and kept in touch for the next 5 days until the house was demo'd and dry. Albert and Pedro did the demo work. They were neat and clean, arrived on time, and were very helpful as they explained the process. They went out of their way to point out different things in the house that would help reconstruction. I can't recommend them highly enough. They really made the difficult process much easier.
Our master bedroom flooded over the Christmas holiday, we called SERVPRO after hours, expecting them to come by sometime the next day & they were at our home within the hour. The technicians who arrived were polite, professional, hard working & when appropriate took the time to listen to our concerns, explain the process & options as well as provide some education for us. From the call center/office staff to the technicians who responded to the call, then again the next day the follow up team was amazing. Thank you for your service & for helping us not freak out & still be able to enjoy our holiday. God bless
I had my roof leak with all the rain we got in Feb. Jonathon, project manager, was able to come out right away to give me a quote and explain thoroughly exactly what will need to be done. It was my first experience dealing with a leak and insurance so I had a lot of questions. He took the time to answer everyone. For the job, Albert and Alfredo came out. They are extremely professional and helpful. When you are dealing with contractors and are given a time window, you expect them either at the very end or late. Not Albert and Alfredo. They were either early or right at the beginning of the window every time. Always reachable by phone if I had questions and going above and beyond.
The company stands behind their work and I experienced it in action. After I moved back in, I noticed the heater had stopped working. The thermostat is on the wall that had to be dried and it was working before the work. I called Jonathan, and he said he will send an HVAC company and if it's their fault, they will pay for the repair. The HVAC company comes out the same day and finds that a wire was cut where drywall was cut out. SERVPRO paid to have the wire replaced. Accidents happen and as long as they take responsibility it is no problem at all.
Hope I never need a mitigation company again, but if I do I would most definitely use SERVPRO Brea/Yorba Linda and ask for Jonathon, Albert, and Alfredo!

Gilbert, project manager, took the time to thoroughly inspect what had happened and answer my questions completely. He made sure I understood the recommendations in order to avoid mold and any further damage to the kitchen cabinets. Karina, who responded to my call, was very polite and helpful. The whole crew is very efficient and organized. I would definitely hire them again!

About Us
Our roots are in Guanajuato, Mexico where Edgardo and Mary Arcila, started a family in a city called Irapuato, nearby the ranch where Mary grew up. The Arcila family grew to include three sons and a daughter.
Following in the footsteps of millions of American immigrants, the Arcila family came from Mexico in the 1990‘s, to build a new life in the United States. All the kids finished their educations here in Orange County, where the two eldest sons attended Century High School in Santa Ana and the younger two attended Esperanza High School in Anaheim, on the border of Yorba Linda where our business now stands.
Once finished with his education, Edgar, the eldest son learned about franchise opportunities with SERVPRO. He saw an opportunity not only for himself but for his entire family in this business. We’re very proud of the many successes we’ve enjoyed along the way. In time, we added additional franchises to our family business including a second franchise in Anaheim Hills and a third franchise in Norwalk.
