We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that went through the wall into the bonus room, and downstairs into the formal dining room and pantry. My insurance company had me contact the corporate office for SERVPRO. I was told that I would receive a call back within the hour. I not only had a call back, but also had a crew of three in my home within the hour. Jim, Mike and the rest of the crew answered all of my questions (and there were a lot!).

Jim and his crew did an excellent job. All of the workers were very knowledgable and helpful. I would recommend them to friends and would use them again.

They protected my entire home with plastic on the carpets, as well as the openings to the dining room. Within a few hours, the crew had all of the damaged drywall; baseboards and tile removed and had fans, de-humidifiers and air scrubbers running. I am a TOTAL neat freak - and they did a wonderful job of keeping my house clean! Jim made sure that he kept us informed of everything that was going on, how long the cleanup would take and what to do after they were done.

They were amazing. Showed up within 30 minutes of calling them. Made us feel very comfortable with the process. Worked fast and were very cautious in handling our personal items. It's never a good thing when your house has a flood but they helped keep us calm and explained the process every step of the way.
