After finally getting my claim approved I called him and he immediately came with his team and within 5 days we are now back in out home, MOLD FREE. we still have a lot to do with repairing the kitchen with a contractor but as for SERVPRO Mira Loma you guys ROCK! We contacted SERVPRO when we had a leak in our kitchen. Our insurance company wasn't helping us and we were afraid of getting mold. Jim answered right away and talked to us for at least 20 minutes. He explained the process between state farm and a mold remediation. He made everything so much clearer than the claims adjuster. He came the very next day (for free) he spent 2 1/2 hours testing and sealing up the area that now had mold to protect us, again at no charge.

I was concerned we may have black mold in our rented home. We telephoned Jim Simmang who showed up within the hour. Over the phone Jim told us the inspection would be free, and only if we showed positive signs of mold would we move forward with additional services. Jim showed up and gave us a very thorough inspection. He was timely, courteous, and very personable. I feel his inspection was very thorough and honest, and I felt comfortable having him in my home.
