He explained the process between state farm and a mold remediation. He made everything so much clearer than the claims adjuster. He came the very next day (for free) he spent 2 1/2 hours testing and sealing up the area that now had mold to protect us, again at no charge.
I was concerned we may have black mold in our rented home. We telephoned Jim Simmang who showed up within the hour. Over the phone Jim told us the inspection would be free, and only if we showed positive signs of mold would we move forward with additional services.
