We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that went through the wall into the bonus room, and downstairs into the formal dining room and pantry. My insurance company had me contact the corporate office for SERVPRO. I was told that I would receive a call back within the hour. I not only had a call back, but also had a crew of three in my home within the hour. Jim, Mike and the rest of the crew answered all of my questions (and there were a lot!).

The most honest and caring contractors you will ever meet! They were not only knowledgeable and quick to respond to our flood, but also very comforting in such a terrible time. They truly made a very difficult situation a pleasant experience. It was nice to have a small business feel in such a large and reputable company. We felt like a member of their family during the entire process and they had our trust from day 1 with their honesty. WooHoo! As good as it gets! is an understatement!

They were amazing. Showed up within 30 minutes of calling them. Made us feel very comfortable with the process. Worked fast and were very cautious in handling our personal items. It's never a good thing when your house has a flood but they helped keep us calm and explained the process every step of the way.

After finally getting my claim approved I called him and he immediately came with his team and within 5 days we are now back in out home, MOLD FREE. we still have a lot to do with repairing the kitchen with a contractor but as for SERVPRO Mira Loma you guys ROCK!
