SERVPRO came in and accessed the damages and we booked an appointment for the cleaning service. The service started the next day. The SERVPRO reps Drew and Mike worked diligently to clean the smoke damage for 2 days. On the third day of service Drew and Ray finished the service. They were very professional and met my cleaning needs quickly. They were amazing I would recommend using SERVPRO. A great service from from a great company.

Minimal flame damage but huge smoke that would have persisted if not for their amazing efforts. The clean up was long and arduous and very time consuming. They are masters at this. Please consider using this firm if ever necessary.

The SERVPRO team did a fantastic job of looking out for us and our property They came in after a terrible fire and inventoried our property, did demo work and secured our salvageable personal property to be cleaned and stored. I can't say enough positive things about Lawerence and Tyrone who were at our home on a daily basis and kept us informed on their progress. Those two guys made us feel like we made the right choice choosing SERVPRO. The other crew members, Kenia, UD, Scott, Dom and Michael were great too. They did a fantastic job helping us find items that we were concerned about and making sure they were saved for us. Everyone who we came into contact with us was professional and helpful. We recently had an attic fire that caused a lot of smoke damage in the house. So all of our belongings had to be removed for cleaning or discarding. The insurance company sent in SERVPRO of El Dorado Hills to pack up our belongings, and they did a really good job. It’s a big house so it was a big job. I worked most closely with Janet and Maria, but the whole team was really good at what they do and work well together. Janet managed the project as well as packing. Janet is very good at her job… She provided great communication and exceptional customer service. Very thankful for her skills, and the care and pride she takes in in doing her job. Maria did a lot of the packing and there was a LOT to do in a large house. During packing, Maria was always careful to watch for, and pull out, any personal/confidential paperwork that we missed to ensure it could be disposed of correctly. Any time she was cleaning out a closet or dresser with contents destined to be discarded, if she came across an item of possible value…, she held it aside to ask if we wanted it. This was very appreciated, and we ended up saving some items of value/sentiment that we were glad to have saved. Outstanding customer service. Arturo helped In managing tasks to be done. I appreciated his questions and his thoroughness in double checking with me regarding items to be kept vs discarded. Stonewall and Stanley did the bulk of the heavy lifting (literally). They moved most of the furniture and were very careful with our belongings. Overall, this whole team was great - professional and courteous, and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. They made a difficult time a whole lot easier. I also want to thank Kelsey for her courtesy and patience in answering all of my (many) questions. Her friendly, upbeat nature helped me stay positive during a difficult time. I highly recommend the SERVPRO team from El Dorado Hills. They did a great job!

My kitchen fire filled the whole house with SMOKE, so much that all the alarms went off of course and it was everywhere..! After the firemen left, I called my insurance which sent out SERVPRO to assess the job. Kelsey went through the whole house. She sent out Stonewall and Randy to thoroughly clean structure and contents, which means wall, hard surface furniture, window coverings and all my artwork.. The whole house smelled clean and they were very professional.. Kelsey also had Sierra Renovation tear down the burnt cabinets, which they did ever so carefully.. and will match new cabinets to those..
