I had a leak in my building in Placerville and reached out to them on Friday morning. They sent someone out to me within the hour. They sucked up the water and set up the dehumidifiers. Very professional and easy to work with. Don't waste your time shopping around, just call these guys. I'm happy as are my tenants. Sadly we needed the help of SERVPRO to clean my mother-in law's home after she passed in it. This was the first time, and hopefully the last, we'll need such services, however the experience we had couldn't have been any better. We were referred to SERVPRO by the Sheriff's Department for biohazardous cleaning services. My family and I live out of the area, with limited access to local resources. Kelly was my first and only point of contact from start to finish. She was an aboslute lifesaver helping navigate, coordinate and expedite the whole process in addition to recommending I contact my mother-in-law's insurance company to file a claim--which was paid in full! We love SERVPRO of El Dorado Hills. We discovered mold in our boys bedroom closet after all the heavy rains stopped. They came out quickly and removed it. Then it rained some more, and we were able to identify the leak in our roof which was the cause of the mold, and some new mold had occurred in that area. We got our roof fixed, and SERVPRO came back out at no charge to take out the newly discovered mold. I HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.
