Our poor dog cut himself badly after breaking a window while I was out of town and my wife was at work. There was blood all over the couch, walls, carpet, and even our bed. While seeking help to clean up mold on the interior of a car, we discovered that every place we called, including the main SERVPRO number, do not perform such a service. However, even though SERVPRO does not normally provide Mold Remediation/Cleaning from vehicles, we contacted Matt and Nicole Betcher of SERVPRO of Gig Harbor/N. Tacoma and they chose to put the “norm” aside and took the time and energy to not merely provide answers to my questions over the phone, but set up an appointment and subsequently showed up at our residence to assess, evaluate and recommend proper clean up and remediation of the mold in the car.
From beginning to end, Matt and Nicole were not only very encouraging and respectful towards me, listening carefully to everything I was saying, but they also provided easily understood answers to all my questions regarding their policies and safety procedures, guiding me through the maze of the cleanup process, making it clearer to understand, not just to accomplish a successful cleanup, but also ensuring my safe health which is paramount to them both as well as to my wife and I. I have used SERVPRO of Gig Harbor/N.Tacoma two times for my rental properties. The first was for a water damage in October 2016. The staff was prompt, professional and courteous. They performed an awesome job and I would not hesitate to contact them again.

Our situation was a little different than most of your customers. Our "damage" was self induced. We bought a new home that we loved, but we needed to make a few cosmetic changes so it would be "our own". The work created a lot of dust, and we needed a quick, clean and professional cleanup so we would be ready for our move in date just before Christmas.
SERVPRO was fabulous. The two people who showed up were on time, and they immediately knew what I needed better than my ability to express it. I left them alone and when I returned three hours later, the house was perfect. While cost was not my highest concern, I was surprised at how reasonable it was.
