I am writing this email to thank SERVPRO for the service and response Mr. Michael Johnson provided the City of Winchester. I contacted SERVPRO to conduct an air quality test of some office space. Prior to the site visit I was contacted by Mr. Johnson so he would have a better feel for what to expect upon his arrival. On the day of our scheduled appointment, Mr. Johnson arrived at the designated time and conducted a thorough inspection of the property.
