Specifically, Big Mike identified the source of the problem prior to the plumber arriving. He consistently showed me what needed to be done to restore my basement to original order. His crew members were very polite, answered questions clearly and promptly and swiftly worked without any breaks until the wet carpet was pulled and disposed. We had water damage at our office, and SERVPRO was on the scene within 2 hours with equipment deployed soon thereafter. Our service lead Ionel Ciorcila was super on top of things and was invaluable in helping us deal with a delicate situation with a neighbor, and indeed went the extra mile in being on site and coming out on the weekend to check on progress.  I'd give Ionel more stars if possible in helping make a bad situation tolerable and bringing it to resolution as quickly as possible.
