Amanda Flores is the General Manger at SERVPRO of New Kent / Williamsburg / Northern Neck. She has been with the company since 2001! Amanda has many certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) including Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying, and Water Damage Restoration to name a few.

Karon is our project coordinator. She schedules every job every single day of the year. Our customers love her as do all the technicians here at SERVPRO. She keeps our days on track. Karon has been part of our family since 2013!

Bobby is our head marketer. He has been an invaluable part of our SERVPRO since he started with us in 2009. Before SERVPRO Bobby was part of the insurance industry which gives us great insight into the people we work with every day while doing so much insurance covered losses. Bobby has a great knowledge of the Insurance world, and an incredible network of associates through our community.

Ashleigh is a key part of our office staff, answering phones and creating invoices. Fun fact about Ashleigh: she originally started by working part on jobs cleaning boxes and house fires. Ashleigh has been in the SERVPRO family since 2013!

Tommy has been with us since 2004. In those years he has done anything you can think of while being head crew chief. He has traveled with the owner Joey to several storm events, including: Hurricane Katrina, Flooding in Wisconsin, Wild fires in California, and many other local events.

Fun fact about Tommy, in his spare time he loves to breed snakes.

Meet our Crew Chief Nickolas, he has been with SERVPRO of New Kent, Williamsburg & Northern Neck since 2016. Nickolas has a vast depth of Water Damage Restoration and Fire Damage Cleanup. Nickolas make sure that the customers satisfaction is always paramount, and has created many satisfied customers in the years he has been with the company. Nick has several certifications through the IICRC, and uses that knowledge to help customers daily.

Rickey has been with SERVPRO since 2016. Rickey had never worked in the Mitigation world before, but as soon as we met him we knew he needed to be on our team. Lucky for us, he agreed. Rickey works on all types of losses at SERVPRO and his strongest trait is his incredible customer services. He understands that people need compassion and understanding when they are going through a loss at their home or business. When Rickey is not helping our customers reclaim their life after a water or fire loss he enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering at his Church. Rickeys positive attitude, infectious smile. Incredible work ethic and love of other people make him one of our MVP’s.

Aj has been in the restoration industry since 2007, since then he has helped thousands of Homeowners and Business owners. A.J. has a strong background in hard surface cleaning and a vast knowledge of chemical/ solution application. Aj started as a helper with SERVPRO of New Kent, and has evolved into one of our lead Estimators with the company. He’s got an incredible wealth of knowledge, and will work hard to make sure all of our customers are taken care of. When A.J. is not working he enjoys spending time with his family and working in his large garden.
