She sent out a crew to look at our situation. The crew took care of us. We were very satisfied by having a professional who cares for our well being of my family during this tough situation. I can not say enough on how well SERVPRO of Virginia Beach took care of my huge leak that I had throughout my entire downstairs. I call them and they had someone out the next morning only because it was late they would of still came but it was going to be more convenient for me. Thank you SERVPRO and if I ever have an issue again I will use you.
