After a major water crisis, SERVPRO responded to my home within 2 hours to begin assessing the situation, installing fans and dehumidifiers, and carefully explaining next steps. The following day they notified us of their arrival time and continued drying out my house which included, pulling back carpet, removing baseboards, and in some areas pulling down ceiling drywall to remove insulation that was wet. These guys were professional, communicated well, set clear expectations, and provided written and photographic documentation to support my insurance claim.
We had no idea what to do, and were paralyzed by fear. SERVPRO quickly demonstrated their knowledge and expertise, calmed our anxiety, and did the work. I will always be grateful to Charles and Anthony for their help in saving my home from more serious damage.
