The following day they notified us of their arrival time and continued drying out my house which included, pulling back carpet, removing baseboards, and in some areas pulling down ceiling drywall to remove insulation that was wet. These guys were professional, communicated well, set clear expectations, and provided written and photographic documentation to support my insurance claim.
