We had rain related flooding in our basement and SERVPRO responded very quickly and really got us out of a jam. They were extremely helpful and friendly and we were able to get things taken care of fast and efficiently. I could not possibly recommend SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville any more. Thank you so much helping us on extremely short notice!
During a severe storm, we had an 8" roof drain pipe come loose and flood our store on 2 floors. I called Rob Dixon with SERVPRO and they were on site in an hour. They began the containment and removal of the water, setting dryers in place. More equipment and personnel to dry and dehumidify many areas arrived to remove soaked sheet rock & open walls to enable them to dry. They did an amazing job of containing an awful mess, using products to eliminate mold and mildew, we have no foul odors.
SERVPRO of Belle Meade is great! They helped of when the flood came to Nashville in 2010. A room in our house flooded and they came right out and helped us get things dried out. I would recommend this company and franchise to friends and family.
We have used SERVPRO twice and found the service excellent, prompt, thorough, and well priced. Also the employees were courteous. I have recommended them many times to friends.
I’ve found myself on several occasions in circumstances that required the services SERVPRO of Belle Meade / West Nashville and I was happy each time. When unfortunate circumstances happen in the future, it feels good to have a resource I can depend on to help me get things back to normal.
