The first gentleman's name I did not catch.
- Thomas - Checked with Mike and Jason. He made it plain to builders company what needed to happen so that neither would come back on them and we/ I would get sick in future as he talked with builders rep. So very thankful for him spelling it out for Lia and for me. Polite but firm and professional.
When something bad or smelly happens and things get wet, damaged, etc, it's nice to know that kind men will drive up and fix things.
How can we ever thank you for hiring them? Bless you!

A mold remediation appointment was scheduled with SERVPRO after an ice maker leak. SERVPRO contacted me to confirm the appointment a day in advance and Dan called on his way to the appointment. Not only was Dan extremely professional he was also on time, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use the Belle Meade SERVPRO again... asking for Dan if he's available!
On time, courteous, and very easy to work with.
Zack Andes his co-worker came out due to mold growth resulting from a defect in the concrete foundation of our home. They were very professional and courteous.
