Took a good look around and found no leaks so he left a packet to put in my air return to see if that helps clear out the air and get my house smelling good again! The whole SERVPRO crew did a great job repairing and cleaning up our rental property after a hot water heater died. Great folks like Len were attentive, thorough and extremely helpful! I'm glad they were able to manage all aspects of the repair and get things back to normal.

We had our washing machine overflow in the middle of the night and reached out to SERVPRO of North Nashville. Someone got back to us within minutes despite it being 2:30am. They were incredibly helpful and had a crew out early the next morning. They came back daily for 7 days and every SERVPRO employee that came out to our home was polite, helpful, professional and thorough. I certainly hope to never have an issue like water damage again but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them back. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. We had our flooding issue the week of Thanksgiving but they went above and beyond to make the situation as easy as possible on us and accommodate our hectic holiday schedule. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

The only complaint was that the job took too long to complete. However, all the people were very professional and Lynn Creach did a fantastic job getting the water and rust stains from our bedroom carpet. It was first thought the carpet was irreparably stained and would need replacing, but he got it all out.

These guys are the best! They talked me through my options for cleaning my rug. Given the material, it made sense for me to take it on as a DIY. They talked me through how I should do it and how to save the most money. I'll come back to them for all of my carpet needs. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and responsive!

We have some custom draperies in our home that needed cleaning. SERVPRO sent Len Creech, their textiles specialist, and we scheduled the work. Len spent hours doing the cleaning and repairs onsite, including a repair of the mechanism on a Venetian blind. He did all the cleaning, replaced the hooks, and restrung the rope in the rods and the blinds.

We were very pleased with the quality of Len’s work and his responsiveness to all of our concerns.
