They responded immediately. All of the damaged flooring and drywall was removed and the entire area was checked for mold, and they put fans in place to completely dry the area. The fans had to be kept running for three days because of the level of moisture and a representative came back every day to check on the moisture level. They also submitted pictures and documentation to my insurance company directly. Over the time involved I was in contact by phone and in person with several company representatives and service people. Each one was professional, took all COVID precautions, and answered all of my questions. They have my highest recommendation.

Johnny and his team were always available to answer our questions and expertly guide us through the whole process. We couldn't have been more pleased.

I have used this company on many occasions for the residential and commercial rental properties that I own. Their water damage response time is very timely and their drying/restoration work is very efficient. They also have an in house company that can help make repairs if any are needed after the drying and clean up are finished. That is a very helpful option to know I can use if I need to.
