SERVPRO of Belle Meade has been fantastic. We are in Phase 1, the dry-out and repair list for insurance. SERVPRO has helped me save my floors. I am especially grateful to Will and John who came with great attitudes; polite and knowledgeable. I call them my "DREAM TEAM". Took all my calls and questions to keep me at ease and in the loop during the entire process. I feel confident as we approach Phase 2 with SERVPRO making the repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDS.

I just want to speak about a team member at this location. Brenda Dollar works at the front of the office and handles many tasks. But most importantly for me as a sub worker for SERVPRO she handles making sure my insurance is up to date and that my checks are on time and correct. She is always so helpful and polite when I call to ask a million questions as I am only in my first year of owning my own flooring business. I felt she deserves recognition!

We used SERVPRO for a sewer pipe bursting in our finished basement. They were quick, answered all my questions, and were very on the ball about connecting with my insurance company. The cleanup was thorough and VERY much appreciated.  

 

Our business had an employee test positive for COVID-19. We found out at 5pm on a Friday evening and SERVPRO was there at 8am the next morning. They did a fantastic job allowing us to reopen almost immediately. They were extremely professional and very thorough. We have now had this SERVPRO do multiple jobs for us and we have been very happy every time. Thank you Rob and team!
