Our History
Since 2014, SERVPRO of Sioux Falls has been here to help the people of Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities. Fires, floods and other disasters can strike suddenly without notice. We are built to respond quickly, so you don’t have to. Our company has been humbled by the opportunity to help thousands of customers that have called upon us to restore their homes or businesses after these tragedies.

Adam and Jessica have been raising their children in the Tea community for several years. They are invested in the future of the community and their customers' needs. As SERVPRO of Sioux Falls has grown, our mission has never changed. We continue to serve the people, businesses, and organizations of the Sioux Empire that help make our communities great. Adam and Jessica are dedicated to partnering with amazing organizations such as Tea Chamber for Development and the Fireman's Auxiliary, as well as sponsoring Teacher of the Year events to honor our local educators.

Beyond Belief
I cannot express my gratitude enough for all SERVPRO has done. The tornado caused significant damage to our home. Eric has been amazing to work with. They keep me informed, help me make choices, and is very reassuring! During the reconstruction we have been out of the house. We still had to take care of snow removal while work was being done. we stopped by to shovel the snow and were Completely floored to learn that SERVPRO’s crew has been shoveling our driveway and sidewalks during the entire project. Every snowfall. We are so happy with work but more importantly with the people!
I don't know what I would have done if it hadn't been for SERVPRO of West Sioux Falls! The guys calmed me down after our sump pump flooded the basement. They were diligent, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and rebuilt it better than it was before the water damage.
Staff is very professional. They did a great job of explaining everything and are responsive and knowledgeable!
