We could not believe how your crew was able to regain control of our situation. After the fire our emotions were everywhere and we thought all was hopeless. Your crew was able to give us patience, advice, and basically held our hand through everything, even working with my insurance company. Thank you for making this process bearable.

Had a fire in my apartment building, & insurance sent these guys out. They packed up all my stuff & took it to their warehouse to clean the soot & fire smell out, then they held it all in storage until I was allowed to move back into my apartment. All my stuff came back safe & clean, and some of it looked better than it had before the fire. Definitely recommend them. :)

Awesome staff, awesome owner, and great job for us on a fire/smoke damage claim. The crew was professional, courteous, and respectful! They were always on time, and very responsive to our needs as we continued to live on site. I recommend nobody else; stop looking!

There was so much to take in after we had our fire. SERVPRO of West Sioux Falls was so patient in explaining everything to us, even though it seems like I asked about the same things over and over. I honestly don't know how we would have ever made it through this without them! Top-notch people, communication, work, and counseling. 

These guys sandblasted all the soot off of the framing in our basement.  I've never seen anything like it!  They did a great job.
