The loss occurred on the Friday after Thanksgiving and SERVPRO was on site within three hours of the initial call to mitigate the damage. I was updated daily with the progress of the drying out. Met with restoration specialist afterward who was very professional and am expecting the issue to be resolved shortly. Also, as the insurance agent for this church SERVPRO worked easily with the carrier to handle the claim. Thanks for the great job.

With over 20 years of experience in the family business, we embarked on our own venture by establishing a SERVPRO franchise in Oconee County, a journey that began just before the onset of the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic. Despite the challenging circumstances, we successfully launched our business, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our community.
