In April 2018 a sewer pipe broke and backed up into our lower level damaging three rooms. Called SERVPRO to clean up the mess. They responded in a matter of hours, surveyed the damage and thoroughly explained the entire process. The rooms were dried, carpets, wallboard, etc removed. SERVPRO handled the claim directly with my insurance company. Mike and the crew were very professional and extremely helpful. Hopefully, this never happens again but [if] it does I will call them again.

With over 20 years of experience in the family business, we embarked on our own venture by establishing a SERVPRO franchise in Oconee County, a journey that began just before the onset of the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic.
