We are Carly and William A. Harloe III, the passionate owners of SERVPRO of Oconee/South Anderson/Pickens Counties. With over 20 years of experience in the family business, we embarked on our own venture by establishing a SERVPRO franchise in Oconee County, a journey that began just before the onset of the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic. Despite the challenging circumstances, we successfully launched our business, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our community. We are committed to treating each customer with utmost care and respect.
Our Oconee location witnessed remarkable growth within the first 18 months, leading to the acquisition of the SERVPRO of Pickens location, culminating in our rebranded entity, SERVPRO of Oconee/South Anderson/Pickens Counties.
We understand the stress and turmoil caused by fire or water damage, and how disruptive it can be to both personal and professional lives. Our objective is not just to remedy these situations but to do so in a way that minimizes disruption, aiming to restore normalcy 'like it never even happened.' In April 2018 a sewer pipe broke and backed up into our lower level damaging three rooms. Called SERVPRO to clean up the mess. They responded in a matter of hours, surveyed the damage and thoroughly explained the entire process. The rooms were dried, carpets, wallboard, etc removed. SERVPRO handled the claim directly with my insurance company. Mike and the crew were very professional and extremely helpful. Hopefully, this never happens again but [if] it does I will call them again.

During a torrential rainstorm overnight an estimated 500 gallons of water poured through the roof of the Arts Center. SERVPRO came immediately and took charge of the clean-up, damage inspection, and restoration. We breathed a huge sigh of relief as SERVPRO told us exactly what to expect and they delivered in every way. We highly recommend SERVPRO!
