In April 2018 a sewer pipe broke and backed up into our lower level damaging three rooms.  Called SERVPRO to clean up the mess.  They responded in a matter of hours, surveyed the damage and thoroughly explained the entire process. The rooms were dried, carpets, wallboard, etc removed.  SERVPRO handled the claim directly with my insurance company.  Mike and the crew were very professional and extremely helpful.  Hopefully, this never happens again but [if] it does I will call them again.

During a torrential rainstorm overnight an estimated 500 gallons of water poured through the roof of the Arts Center. SERVPRO came immediately and took charge of the clean-up, damage inspection, and restoration.
