They also wrestled with Kevin's beast of a hotrod, then drove all the way from our old place to the new, temporary house, driving all the way up to Eagle Crest to deal with moving it in again!
They were unbelievably patient and professional and we're so happy! Thank you!
This is the second time I had to call SERVPRO to my house. Unfortunately, we had a water line break on our refrigerator and having dealt with a previous water issue, I knew to call SERVPRO.
Gabe, I think the gentlemen's name was gave me piece of mind while explaining what he was going to take care of. They were able to help me get the area cleared up and dry quickly. I did not use SERVPRO to rebuild the damaged area but I wish I had. I used a friend of a friend and they took twice as long.
We have a few commercial properties throughout Oregon. I call on SERVPRO to help with any damages and they do a great job. We had an issue in Bend, and SERVPRO of Bend were out and did exactly what needed to be done.

Two of your people, Debbie and Michelle, just left our building after spending all day cleaning and putting everything in order. They worked hard all day and did an outstanding job.
After the mess left over from the reconstruction, we could hardly see how they could put it all together again, clean and tidy...but these ladies did it. They were totally professional, knew their business but were friendly and personable as they went about their work. These two ladies are top-notch, no one could have done better
Julie was honest and patient and saved us from putting the wrong equipment in our building. She went way beyond my expectations.
