SERVPRO of Bend is a local, veteran-owned company specializing in expert clean-up and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke or water damage. From burst pipes to sewage spills, toilet overflows, mildew and mold, general clean-ups and reconstruction SERVPRO of Bend's goal is to help minimize the interruption to your life and quickly make it "Like it never even happened."

Our vacation property had major water damage from an ice dam that had formed on the outside of our garage. We had a neighbor check the house and they said that everything was fine. A week later, when it melted and we visited Sunriver, we discovered that the wall between our mud room and garage was completely saturated.
We called our insurance company and they gave us 3 choices of restoration companies in town. When my husband heard that SERVPRO was one of them, it was an easy decision. We've used them before and had a great experience. So far, this has been equal to, or better than our last experience.
We live in Portland but have a vacation house in Sunriver. Our neighbor told us that there was a lot of ice on the north side of our house. We asked him to go in and look if there was a problem in the house.

We wanted to thank SERVPRO of Bend, especially Becca and Gabe for helping us repair our attic. When my husband discovered that the plywood in our attic was black in certain areas, we knew that we needed a professional. Our neighbor told us that she used SERVPRO before and that they were very professional. She was right! Becca and Gabe came out, explained what needed to be done and got it done.
Since this is a vacation house, we weren't able to stay in the area but we had full confidence and trust that Becca and Gabe would take care of us. We are ecstatic and so pleased. The area that was black now looks like new wood. Thank you, Thank you!

UPDATE: Since we've been back, I can't believe how great our house looks. It truly looks like nothing ever happened. SERVPRO of Bend, you have gone above-and-beyond.
We had a mishap at our rental property and SERVPRO of Bend came out to inspect the damage. It was a problem with a hose bib so they called a plumber to assist. Even though it wasn't an issue they could repair, we appreciated them coming out to help.
We appreciate Gabe's knowledge and assistance during this stressful time. He was extremely helpful and very considerate of our family. My son has allergies and asthma so we have a heightened sensitivity to dust and allergens. We are very happy with how Gabe treated our home and family. Thank you SERVPRO.
So I think you're gonna have to give Brion and Lupe a raise, or maybe a purple heart for bravery, for going all the way out to Eagle Crest in the snowy weather that seems to linger.
They also wrestled with Kevin's beast of a hotrod, then drove all the way from our old place to the new, temporary house, driving all the way up to Eagle Crest to deal with moving it in again!
They were unbelievably patient and professional and we're so happy! Thank you!
This is the second time I had to call SERVPRO to my house. Unfortunately, we had a water line break on our refrigerator and having dealt with a previous water issue, I knew to call SERVPRO.
Gabe, I think the gentlemen's name was gave me piece of mind while explaining what he was going to take care of. They were able to help me get the area cleared up and dry quickly. I did not use SERVPRO to rebuild the damaged area but I wish I had. I used a friend of a friend and they took twice as long.
I felt the manager Alex was clear, professional, paid attention to my requests and runs a very smooth team. Shout out to Nick, David and Daniel for their step by step explanations and not going straight to the doomsday scenarios, which, fortunately the damage never got to that point. While this is a day to day life for them, it's important to remember that this is a shock and traumatic for the homeowners and their household. I appreciated that they remembered that, when it could very easily turn into "routine." Thank you.
