We had a serious mold issue in our house, following a leak that went unnoticed for a while. SERVPRO of Bend came out and inspected the area and determined that it is definitely wet and moldy. I was unsure if my insurance would cover the damage so I didn't want any work done until I could confirm that I was covered.

The gentlemen that was here covered the area in plastic so we wouldn't have any further exposure to the mold. I asked how much I owed him and he said that we didn't owe anything. He said he wanted to make sure that we were safe. I was so impressed. Fortunately, I was covered and SERVPRO of Bend came out and took care of all of the issues.

Our house flooded with sewage while we were on vacation. The damage was extensive. We had ceilings down, hardwood buckled and a disgusting odor from the sewage permeating throughout our house. Our Insurance carrier recommended SERVPRO and we were not disappointed.

My crawlspace flooded and the existing plastic vapor barrier was cut in numerous places (by a different contractor) to allow the water to drain. I contacted SERVPRO to remove the old vapor barrier and install a new one. They promptly provided a fair quote and quickly scheduled the work. When they arrived at my house, the team did a good job of ensuring there was no mess inside my house. They did a great job of removing the old vapor barrier and installing a new one per code and even took pictures of various heating duct issues that required attention.
