Where do I begin - it started off on a cold, rainy night where all seemed well. My family and I were about to head off to bed, when we heard a loud noise downstairs in the basement. When we went to investigate the strange noise, we were met with a flooded basement! We immediately called Servpro and were greeted by Silo who responded within a moments notice.
