Our History
Since our inception in 2004, SERVPRO of Bartlesville/Miami has been dedicated to serving our local communicates and beyond. We have assisted many residential customers as well as business owners in restoring their properties. We take pride in helping our customers to rebuild their homes and/or businesses after disasters. T.J. and Amanda Dickinson purchased the franchise in June 2022. The Dickinson’s have deep roots in the community. They, along with our leadership team, are committed to the future of Bartlesville, Miami, and the areas in between. Our mission has always been “when life happens, SERPVRO of Bartlesville/Miami is here to help”. We actively support local organizations such as the Bartlesville Chamber of Commerce, Bartlesville Public Schools Athletics, Oklahoma Wesleyan University, Nowata Chamber of Commerce, Miami Chamber of Commerce, Tulsa Area Hotel Association, and many more. Our team draws on many avenues for training as well as years of experience in property restoration. From training at SERVPRO’s HQ Training Center to regular IICRC industry certifications. All I can say is that when I walked in after their cleaning, I was shocked!!! NOT ONE STAIN WAS LEFT!!!! They FAR exceeded our hopes and expectations!!!
