Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! So thankful to have found SERVPRO of Bartlesville/Miami!! We have an elderly family member who has been hospitalized for the last six weeks and when we went to get his home ready for him to move back, we discovered that the carpets throughout his home were virtually DESTROYED by pet stains/odors. In all honesty, I didn't think that the carpet could be saved! The SERVPRO team gave me an extremely fair bid for the job and were completely honest about what they thought they could do to help improve the carpets. All I can say is that when I walked in after their cleaning, I was shocked!!! NOT ONE STAIN WAS LEFT!!!! They FAR exceeded our hopes and expectations!!! Their professionalism and attention to detail made all of the difference!

T.J. and Amanda Dickinson purchased the franchise in June 2022.  The Dickinson’s have deep roots in the community. They, along with our leadership team, are committed to the future of Bartlesville, Miami, and the areas in between. Our mission has always been “when life happens, SERPVRO of Bartlesville/Miami is here to help”.  We actively support local organizations such as the Bartlesville Chamber of Commerce, Bartlesville Public Schools Athletics, Oklahoma Wesleyan University, Nowata Chamber of Commerce, Miami Chamber of Commerce, Tulsa Area Hotel Association, and many more.  SERPVRO of Bartlesville/Miami demonstrates our dedication to community involvement.
